SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

If a product is out of stock, it will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of the restock date. If you do not receive an order fulfillment email, 3 business days after placing your order, you can contact ashley@boldencandle.co for a status update.

Our processing times do not include USPS® transit times.

Depending on your region, the date your order is placed (weekends are not included in transit times), and the delivery option chosen at check-out, your package may take an additional 7 calendar days. USPS® Priority Mail® and USPS® Priority Mail Cubic® are typically delivered within 1-3 calendar days (excluding Sundays) while USPS® Retail Ground™ usually takes 2 - 8 calendar days (excluding Sundays). 

We do offer USPS® Priority Mail Express® (Overnight), but, due to delays with USPS® , we can no longer guarantee next-day or overnight delivery.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

For orders of 7 candles or more, please contact ashley@boldencandle.co prior to checkout for a custom shipping quote. Any bulk order that is placed prior to contacting us will be cancelled and the original form of payment will be refunded. Thank you for understanding.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the USPS® is experiencing delays with delivery.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are packaged and our candles are double insulated to ensure a safe journey. But, we understand that packages may become damaged during transit.

We will replace or refund any product(s) that is damaged during transit. Please contact us at ashley@boldencandle.co within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged products (this is for our, and the USPS’ records).

We suggest purchasing a scent discovery kit, which includes all scents in the main collection, before committing to a full sized candle.

Due to enhanced safety measures caused by COVID-19, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless it is due to damage or defect. We also cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used candles or other used products. Thank you for your understanding.
